Do you ever want to look fancy without really having to be fancy? You will totally impress your friends with these easy to make shooters.
Raspberry Lemon Sorbet Shooter:
Ingredients:
12 whole lemons
1 cup of water
1 box Raspberry Jello (3 oz)
1 cup of water
1 cup Mix Party Lemon Sorbet Wine Cocktail
Directions:
Cut Lemons in half. Scoop out the insides and set aside. Bring water to a boil and turn down to low heat. Add jello, stirring until dissolved (about 5 minutes). Mix in the wine cocktail. Pour jello and cocktail into the lemon halves. Refrigerate until set (about 4 hours). Cut the lemons into halves and serve.
Lemon Lime Mixarita Shooter:
Ingredients:
12 whole limes
1 cup Mix Party Lemon Lime Zest
2 envelopes plain gelatin
3/4 cup tequila
2 tablespoons triple sec
1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon kosher salt
Directions:
Cut the limes in half. Scoop out the insides and set aside. Add the Lemon Lime Wine Cocktail and water to a saucepan, sprinkle the gelatin over the juice. Let it sit for two minutes. Stir in the tequila and triple sec. Pour into the lime halves. Refrigerate until set (about 4 hours). Cut the limes into half, sprinkle with salt and serve.
